Initially we used RHVA for our customer satisfaction surveys. Rachel’s help proved invaluable & she now manages all of our social media, keeps our databases updated, writes our newsletters & tweaks our website. Our fitness business is on top of our day jobs & we would not have the time to complete what Rachel does for us, but we know that it needs doing to help our business grow – by outsourcing to RHVA it has given us the time to run additional classes
