Hello! I’m Rachel, I launched RHVA Virtual Assistant in 2013, with over 20 years of experience in customer service and business administration management, in the engineering, manufacturing and logistics sectors. I’m a dedicated, reliable, intuitive, resourceful and get it done kind of person!
I am passionate about helping others achieve a balance, either for regaining family time or enabling them to focus on the deliverables in their business.
I am based in Rugby, Warwickshire but have a small team of great Virtual Assistants who care about our clients just as much as I do.
Outside of the business, I form part of the operation’s committee for a local charity The Ups of Downs, I’m the charity’s Training and Schools Coordinator and a volunteer mentor for new parents receiving a diagnosis of Down’s Syndrome.
Over the past few years, I have been lucky enough to win some awards, including Independent VA of the Year 2020 and VA of the Year 2019 for the West Midlands England Region, you can see more here.
Hello I’m Jo. I’ve been part of the RHVA team since 2019.
I have worked in administration and customer care for more than 25 years with the last 14 years working as an Office Manager/General Manager in the business to consumer industry.
Having spent my entire working life in administration, customer service and offering managerial support, I offer an array of different skills and experience. There is very little, in the way of administration, that I haven’t done or couldn’t turn my hand to! I have a real passion for customer service, working with people to ensure they offer their customers the best possible service.
I live in the New Forest with my husband and two wonderful daughters, we love going out exploring the forest and having fun at the beach.
Hi there, I’m Rachael, I’m based in Wrexham, North Wales. I joined the RHVA team in May 2020.
I worked in the hospitality industry for 16 years leading my way to Director of Golf which involved creating annual budgets, predicting monthly forecasts, organising corporate golf days and managing a team of over 40 members of staff. I started as a Virtual assistant in March 2018 and enjoy working with several industries including corporate businesses, coaches, retailers, sports clubs and many more.
In 2019 I completed my level 3 in digital essentials with the Charted Institute of Marketing and I expect to finish my degree in Marketing late 2021. I undertake the following virtual assistant services for our clients; social media management, digital marketing strategies, email marketing, design work (leaflets, banners etc.), creating sales proposals and blogging.
