Rachel Hands, launched RHVA Virtual Assistant in 2013, with over 20 years of experience in customer service and business administration management, in the engineering, manufacturing and logistics sectors.
RHVA Virtual Assistant believes that each business is unique. By developing knowledge and experience of business administration, we provide tailored administrative solutions that best suit your business. RHVA Virtual Assistant provides a hands-on service, by becoming an integral part of your team, we just do it remotely.

Alongside providing administrative support to businesses large and small, Rachel forms part of the operation’s committee for a local charity The Ups of Downs, is the charity’s Training and Schools Coordinator and a volunteer mentor for new parents receiving a diagnosis of Down’s Syndrome.
2019 was a busy year, Rachel changed her name by marriage and was honoured to have been awarded VA of the Year 2019 for the West Midlands, England Region and Runner Up – England VA of the Year 2019 in November.
