What is a Virtual Assistant?
A VA is a remote work force that work from their own offices, they free up your valuable time so you can concentrate on the important things that only you can do in your business.
How do you communicate / complete work?
We use the following methods to communicate regularly with out clients & complete work
- Telephone, email, Zoom and Teams
- Regular review meetings via telephone, Zoom, Teams or face to face (for local clients only)
- Online collaboration software such as google drive / drop box / Sharepoint / Asana
What if I only need a few hours a week or a month?
With a virtual assistant you only pay for the time you use. We have a range of packages to suit any size of client on either a pay as you go or retainer package.
Why are VAs are becoming the obvious solution to staffing issues?
As more and more businesses move their marketing, communications and indeed their businesses online, they can take advantage of professional assistance and a variety of skills at the click of a mouse for an hourly fee often less than the real cost of employees.
Are you registered for Data Protection?
Yes, we are registered with the ICO our registration number is ZA317645.
What are your payment terms?
Strictly 14 days from date of invoice.
What happens if you're sick or on holiday?
We work with other UK Virtual Assistants to enable us to provide a consistent service. Holidays will be advised in advance to give us time to ensure our cover is up to speed if required.
What about confidentiality?
There are confidentiality clauses in our contracts and we are also happy to sign a non disclosure agreement and would expect to sign a data processing agreement too.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have business and professional indemnity insurance which is underwritten by Markel a certificate can be provided if required.
How do I know how long you've spent on a task?
We track our time by the minute using Toggl, it’s like a stopwatch but allows us to input the task details. You will be provided with a summary and detailed timing report weekly and monthly.
Are your skills and knowledge up to date?
There is always something new to learn, but I invest in myself to ensure I’m always delivering the best service, I undertake regular Microsoft training, I have a business coach and a VA mentor who deliver monthly trainings on pertinent VA topics. I have undertaken an in depth GDPR course (well actually 2 as I wasn’t impressed with the first one!). I also attend quarterly mastermind days to improve myself and my business.
Are you an accredited or approved VA?
I am a Society of Virtual Assistants approved VA, which means that I meet the requirements and standard for their membership. More details can be found here.

Since 2013 we’ve been successfully working with and supporting coaches, executive coaches, consultants, trainers, CEOs and Company Directors of SMEs across the UK. We’ve also supported a Global HR Director and a Multinational business.
