When people first think about the idea of hiring a virtual assistant their initial excitement soon becomes one of confusion.  They know they want to save themselves hours of working on countless tasks but they’re not sure how to get the process started, how do you know if you can work with a virtual assistant & what can you delegate?

Most credible VA’s will have processes in place to make these transitions easier, for example RHVA has an information pack which details services & also includes a questionnaire to help to identify what you could delegate.  We also offer a free, no obligation, consultation so you get to know us before we do any work for you.

If you decide to proceed with a virtual assistant you need to work out what you want them to do. I would suggest that you take a few days or even a week & write down everything you do over that time period.

Look back over your list & see what percentage of your list can only be actioned by you, for example visiting customers, talking to your solicitor.  What could’ve been carried out by an assistant for example scheduling meetings, sending out company literature?

Tasks that can be done by someone else, should be done by your virtual assistant.  It’s the beauty of delegation, you can focus on the 20% of your day that matters the most whilst your virtual assistant takes care of the other 80%.

If you would like to make your time count please get in contact.
